The Aventus Aero turbines will facilitate bringing electricity generation much closer to where it is needed, whether in town, rural areas or remote locations and by doing so, be part of a worldwide strategy of distributed energy production and the phasing out of fossil fuel electricity generation.

Founded in 2021, this startup company attracted the attention of early investors with its innovative wind turbine design. Building of the first working prototype started in Jan 2022. By December of the same year, the turbine was tested on a farm with adequate wind to show promising performance.
A second round of funding saw the design and production of the first commercial working prototype, a big improvement on the previous model. The team is now busy with ongoing feasibility and the production of the latest and most efficient version of the Aventus Aero Wind Turbine.

Vertical Axis Wind Turbine
The Aventus Aero is a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (“VAWT”) and its innovative auto-pitching blade mechanism design (PCT patent pending) makes it very efficient in the lower wind speed ranges as the blades automatically and quickly pitches to the optimum energy capture position relative to the wind direction.

Low RPM
The Aventus Areo is a low RPM turbine. The reduced RPM makes it quiet, safer and visually more pleasing.

Auto-Pitching Blade Design
The Aventus Aero is agnostic to the wind’s direction. Due to its auto-pitching blade design, the blades are able to respond quickly to gusts or wind direction changes.

Scalable
The Aventus Aero is scalable to suit various applications, different wind conditions and varying energy demands. The turbine can operate in stand-alone mode, but it was designed from the onset to enhance solar layouts. Its output voltages are therefore adapted to seamlessly plug into the existing solar array or directly into the solar port of an inverter.

The innovative design works equally well underwater (Aventus HYDRO) which can be used in rivers, streams or anywhere where there is a high and low tide.

On-point electricity provision can benefit various agricultural sectors, including crop production, horticulture, and livestock farming. Controlled-environment agriculture (CEA): Hydroponics, vertical farming, and indoor greenhouses heavily rely on electricity for lighting, climate control, and automation.
